Responsibilities
Delivery Management
Own delivery execution across the Product Stream.
Track progress of product initiatives from planning to release.
Monitor timelines, risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
Ensure predictable and transparent delivery.
Escalate delivery risks and propose mitigation plans.
Drive initiatives to completion while maintaining high delivery quality.
Delivery Process Management
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes.
Ensure teams consistently follow agreed delivery workflows.
Identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements.
Improve delivery efficiency through process optimization and automation where appropriate.
Planning & Backlog Coordination
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery planning.
Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization based on business priorities.
Ensure the backlog remains structured, actionable, and transparent.
Coordinate delivery planning across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and Data teams.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Data, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders.
Ensure clear ownership of initiatives and deliverables.
Manage cross-team dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager responsible for the Integration Stream to coordinate cross-stream initiatives and dependencies.
Reporting & Transparency
Maintain delivery visibility using Jira, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Track delivery metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Prepare regular delivery status updates, highlighting risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones.
Improve reporting and operational transparency through automation where possible.
Delivery Governance
Ensure delivery standards, processes, and documentation remain consistent.
Maintain project documentation within Confluence and other internal knowledge bases.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process reviews.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
3+ years of Project Management or Delivery Management experience within a product software company.
Experience coordinating cross-functional product development teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, particularly Scrum.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
Experience working with engineering and product organizations.
Experience improving delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with delivery metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Delivery Predictability.
Experience with reporting tools such as Metabase.
