Responsibilities
Onboard newly signed clients into the Payment Gateway product, and partly assist with integration if needed.
Manage, support and grow a portfolio of merchants.
Facilitate current customers to achieve KPIs using Payment Gateway's orchestration solution.
Track customers' success, review performance, and provide insights on potential improvements.
Upsell new features/payment solutions.
Requirements
Business development experience in tech (preferably fintech), 1-2 years at least.
Key Accounts management / customer success or similar experience in customer facing roles, 2-3 years at least.
Experience in payments is a must, 2 years at least.
Excellent communication, planning, customer centric approach, risk management, problem-solving, cross-team collaboration.
Fluent English + one of European languages as a plus.
Qualifications that can be a plus:
Exposure to high-risk sector.
